Although there is no contract, so you can leave at any time, the course is designed to resemble a traditional drama school as closely as possible. You will receive new video lessons every week, becoming progressively more advanced with each semester.
Students who wish to can take LAMDA exams up to Grade 8. LAMDA qualifications are regulated by Ofqual in England, Qualifications Wales and CCEA in Northern Ireland.
When you sign up you will be sent a link to choose your own password for the classroom. Go there regularly to see your new lessons, with permanent access to previous lessons so revision is easy. If you haven’t received the link within 10 minutes, check your junk folder, and if it still hasn’t arrived, contact us immediately.
The price of weekend courses is kept to a minimum to encourage as many students to attend as possible.
Normally it will be when you have finished the course. Provided you have completed at least one year, you can apply to be included early. Acceptance of that application is entirely at the discretion of your tutors.
The weekend workshops are great opportunities to meet your fellow local students. In most cases we use them to pair you up to work on dialogues.
Most assignments involve sending in a video of your work. One of your tutors will send you back their feedback.
